In March 2024, I photographed an event during which wines from the French Rhône region were being tested. The tasting took place in London in Sussex and in the Napoleon Cellar of Berry Bros. & Rudd.

To capture some of these moments, I used a Canon R5 digital camera and a Sigma 24mm f/1.4 lens, and for close-ups and details, a Canon 85mm f/1.4 lens. The rooms were not heavily lit, so for some shots, I used a camera flash, specifically a Godox TT685c.
My aim was to capture the movement and atmosphere accompanying the wine tasting and enhance their reception through rich colours. Therefore, I captured some photos with a shutter speed of 1/10 or even 0″5 seconds.

P.S. These wines were exceptionally good, which is probably not surprising considering the experience of the producers who were there to promote their products.
